It's important to highlight PAdventures was made by an independent society, with free use license and no profit.
Our intention is the advertisement of the anime/manga to everyone, respecting Satoshi Tajiri and Nintendo's copyrights.
Every image, logotypes, names refering to the anime cited belong to the owners of the Pokemon trademark.
No one is obligated to play this game, if you don't agree with this rules just don't play.
While PA Team, gamemasters, game tutors of PAdventures try to organize the game , it's impossible to manage all the messages, problems, etc.
* We don't guarantee the systems funcionalitie nor that won't be any loses by the player.
* Game rules could be alterated without previous warning, you should check them always that possible.
* The PAdventures, for security questions, records the players IP's.
In case you got any doubt or problem, search for a tutor, gamemaster of the game administration.

Please, read carefully to the topics below, you can receive any punishment in case of rule breaking.
To maintain the order in the game you shall follow these roles. However, we ask you to use good sense when playing. We'll try the most to solve your problems, but we won't be able to solve them all. Therefore, the reading and compliance of the following rules is important.
Rules are disposed as articles, in the end of each one there's a rank (from 1 to 7) that describes the punishment acording to the gravity of the situation. Ranks describe the minimum punishment, the matter can be considered top rank according to the criterion of punitive. In case of any missing information about the ranks, is because the case is free trial of punitive or is not specifically a case, but a term.
Chapter 1
Ingame behavior
(Rules that determinates the players' conduct)
Art. 1.1 - Players who post only criticsm could be punished. constructive criticisms are allowed.
Rank: 1 (Criticsm are considered offenses)
Art. 1.2. Any critcism or offense to any company, player, PA Team, being racism, ideological differences, personal preferences, etc.
Rank: 2 (Libel to any player/company)
Art. 1.3. Criticism or complaints about other players conduct shall be avoided! If you wish to complain about other player, send a message to one of the tutors, gamemasters, PA Team or send an e-mail to PA team with your complaints with links or screenshots the prove your point. In case the complaints of any player are confirmed, the offender will be punishment according to the gravity of the case. In case of the complaitings are fake, the player is likely to recieve punishment.
Rank: 2 (Libel)
Art. 1.4. Public game channels are not for arguing. Personal arguing (with attacks, offences or threats) shall be resolved via private chats. Evade threating other players and fighting on public channels.

Art. 1.5. You shall not pretend beeing PA member, gamemaster or game tutor, limitating your answers. In case you find any player disrespecting the rules, utilize the report function.
Rank: 3 (Pretend to be Influencial-ranked)
Art. 1.6. Public discussion about the PA Team choices, gamemasters or tutores could finish in player's suspension. In case you're unhappy about any of the decisions, talk to the game adminitration..
Rank: 1 (Public discussion about PA Team Choices)
Art. 1.7. Players who defame PAdventures (it's creators, employees, players, etc) in forums, blogs, personal websites such as orkut, facebook, when identified, might be punished, even respecting game rules or beeing and active player. Be a good player, that follow the rules and knows lot's of things wont give you any benefit, nor gives you the right to direspect any rule. Rules are for everyone.

Art. 1.8. Players who create characters (with names) similar to the ones used by tutors, gamemasters or PA Team memebrs or even that try to copy any player, Shall have the account information altered or even deleted.
Rank: 4 (Faking)
Art. 1.9. The player shall choose an adequated name (player name), not beeing offensive, drug related, racism, strong vocab (in portuguese or any other language), nor pokemon names, NPC's or bad phrasal formation.
The player who inflicts this rule shall suffer punishment and will have the chance for a login exchange.
Rank: 3 (Character name not adequated)
Art. 1.10. Sharing an account is forbidden (login).
The player who inflicts this rule will be punished just like the player who had the account accessed.
Rank: 7 (Account sharing)
Art. 1.11. It's forbidden to abuse any game bug for self benefit.
In case you find any bug, tell a tutor, gamemaster or PA Team member as fast as possible.

Art. 1.12. Account selling is forbidden.

Art. 1.16. Respawn or NPC Blocking is forbidden.
Obs.: KS or respawn invasion are not against rules.

Art. 1.17. We're not responsible for any ingame steal, such as catch services, landing someone a pokemon and other legal procedures. We're also not responsible for any player to throwing items on the floor and loosing to other player.

Art. 2.1 - The indication and / or exhibition off pornographic/erotic material and websites, as well as use of offensive or aggressive words (swearing) is also prohibited, because the game is used by people of all ages.

Art. 2.2 - Messages that hurt the existing laws of the Nation (Drugs of any kind, alcohol, murder / suicide or induce it, robbery, theft, deception, embezzlement, drug smuggling, etc.) with destructive codes / malicious information sensitive (such as data prohibited sensitive people) and the like.
Rank: 5 (Disregard the Laws in force in the country)
Art. 2.3 - Messages that incite racial, religious or party, being against homossexuals, women, blacks or any group, race or creed are expressly prohibited. The author of such messages will suffer punishment.
Rank: 7 (Incitement to racial / religious / partisan / sexual / ideological)
Art. 2.4 - Advertising on any channel of the game (including cameras) on sites, forums, services, purchase / sale of any kind without permission is not allowed. To do this, please contact the team PA.
Rank: 2 (Dissemination through the game without prior approval of the Administration)
Art. 2.5 - Only provide an information if you are sure that it is true, valid or capable of confirmation. The author may be punished if insisting on sending such messages. Messages with speculative content should be properly marked as such.
Rank: 1 (Incitement of other players to error)
Art. 2.6 - Sending of unsolicited messages (SPAM) may cause immediate punishment of those who sent them. SPAM messages are considered meaningless, several same or similar in a short space of time.
Rank: 2 (Use of public chat for activities that hurt our policy)
Art. 2.7 - In any Reply message be courteous, clear, polite, and avoid using slang. Never underestimate the other just because he knows less. If you think the question is very basic, think the questioner was not educated or that the question does not relate to the theme of the group, do not answer, save your time to answer messages which can help with something. Also do not respond with tips "useless" and "Gimme!", "I do not know." "The same thing happened to me, but I do not know what to do!", Etc..

Art. 6.1 - Any criticism or complaint against a gamemaster or tutor must be made directly to the team PA

Art. 6.2 - Whenever necessary, the Administrators are allowed to take any drastic acts in order to maintain the smooth running of the game.
Art. 6.3 - No tutor, gamemaster and even someone PA team is allowed to ask for your password in the game. Your password is personal and the administration will NEVER ask for it.
Art. 6.4 - A tutor and (or) gamemasters can, within these principles, silence from public channels the player and then be responsible for the deed, always reporting to the Administrators of the game and hold in their possession the Screenshot and chats of his polemical actions for at least 30 days in order to justify those polemical actions to the Administration.
Art. 6.5 - No Tutor or Gamemaster can request to himself advantages for his position. In case of abuses, report the player to the Administration.
Chapter 7
Punishments
(Definitions of punishments)
Art. 7.1 - Any player who violate the rules will be warned by private message (PM).
Art. 7.2 - In case of recurrence, the player will receive a warning which will be registered on a log. Only the own player, PA Members, Gamemasters and Tutors will be able to view the warnings registered.
Art. 7.3 - Having a warning already registered, the player who commit a new infraction will receive a new warning and will be banished for 1 week.
Art. 7.4 - The player who have alredy be banished for 1 one commit a new infraction will be warned again.In case of recorrence, the player will be banished for 15 days.
Art. 7.5 - After the second banishment, the third one will be for 30 days.
Art. 7.6 - In case of a fourth recorrence of infraction, the player will be definitely banished.
Art. 7.7 - Depending of the infraction, the player may be definitely banished even with no previous warning. (Check infractions rank below).
• Classification of cases and penalties
The cases are classified into ranks, from least to most severe.
Rank 1 - Verbal Warning.
Rank 2 - Verbal Warning, on public channels or kick.
Rank 3 - Banishment for 1 day.
Rank 4 - Banishment for 7 days.
Rank 5 - Banishment for 15 days.
Rank 6 - Banishment for 30 days.
Rank 7 - Permanent banishment of the game and referral to the Administration, which will make a total review of the attitudes of the player.
Some penalties can be reduced or increased depending on the severity of the case.
* In case of repeated infractions, the case will be considered the next rank. Ex:
The player offend another player and received a punishment (Rank 4).
Then, the player offend another player. The head of penalty will take appropriate actions in cases of rank 5. Recalling that in the case of the problem, the player can jump ranks, where a verbal warning (Rank 1) will get a ban for 1 day (Rank 3).

* The measures of punishment will be taken on an ongoing basis (since there is no recurrence), and if the member has more than 7 cases in his log (since the current case is not rank 5 or higher), he will receive the punishment applicable to a case of rank 5 (Suspension of the member for 15 days).
Ex: The player has in his record several cases involving flood, fights, insults, etc... That totals more than 5 cases in his log.
The person responsible for the punishment should apply penalty Rank 5 to the player.

Art. 8.1 - While you are online on the game and on our website, we will collect some informations about your navigation, as the visit date, IP adress and your web browser. Those informations are importants for the improvement of the web site's funcionalities and statistical analysis.
Art. 8.2 - Being committed to the privacy of information collected from its users, PAdventures deals with it confidentially and employs the appropriate safety procedures, so that they are used strictly for the purpose for which they were collected.
Art. 8.3 - PAdventures will NEVER sell, exchange, lease or transfer to third the private data of its users. Thus ensuring an ethical and transparent conduct as to the integrity of the information of its users.
Art. 8.4 - This Privacy Policy is invalid and inapplicable to the player who disrespect the rules of rank 7, and the Administration may, if deemed necessary, to disclose the private data of the transgressor.
Art. 8.5 - Changes: The PAdventures reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy, if needed, but is committed to announce in this same space any change, and inactivate it by the time required for any maintenance.
